What is a care community?

We partner with Promise 686 to build care communities around families in the foster community - these care communities consist of 4-5 families or individuals who become the support team for the foster family.  We ask two things of our groups: to pray for the family they support and also provide a meal once a month. This way the foster family has a meal provided for them once a week. 

Our hope is that through these groups the families will receive the support needed to continue to say yes to vulnerable children.
